I’m a graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and I started my career as an actress. Over the years, I developed a huge interest in health and fitness and became a qualified instructor of 22 different programmes. I created Turn’d Up Fitness to combine my love of fitness with my favourite styles of music: R’n’B, dancehall and hip hop. After 60 women came to my first class, I realised there was nothing out there like Turn’d Up and it had huge potential. I started training women to teach Turn’d Up and I now have a girl gang doing what they love, empowering women and making excellent money.
Turn’d Up is so much more than your average fitness class – it’s cool, it’s exhilarating, it takes you on a journey. It’s addictive. Women tell me they love the way it makes them feel: confident, empowered and happy. They’re getting fit, losing weight and toning up, but gaining so much more than that. It changes lives.
Turn’d Up has grown beyond my wildest dreams and I’m so proud of it. I want to take it further and help and inspire as many women as I can. I’m so passionate about Turn’d Up – come to class and I promise you will see why!
