You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us at email@example.com.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Should there be a data breach we will notify you via email within 7 business days.

Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal sensitive information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal basis to process personal sensitive information under Article 6 – Legitimate Interest.
Both instructors and members have the option to consent or deny the request for Turn’d Up Fitness to post class imagery taken during classes/events/training/rehearsals on Turn’d Up Fitness corporate social media channels. This must be completed via Photographic Release form (provided to Instructors through Turn’d Up Fitness, provided to class members through Turn’d Up Fitness Instructors)
Google Analytics –we use this to track the traffic of our site and our readers. Google Analytics may capture your IP address, but no other personal information is captured by Google Analytics.
MailChimp- we use Mailchimp only for those who explicitly sign up to our email list; and store email addresses only.
Woocommerce- tracks stats of people that have used the site, most popular products etc.
