Mailing lists
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Should there be a data breach we will notify you via email within 7 business days.

Data Retention
Personal information will be retained by Turn’d Up Fitness Ltd in the following circumstances for the following time periods:

  • Turn’d Up Fitness instructors data will be held whilst they are a Turn’d Up Fitness instructor and their subscription to Turn’d Up Fitness are still live.
  • Where a person has subscribed to our newsletter and other marketing resources to be marketed to. Upon unsubscribing, their data will be deleted.

Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal sensitive information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal basis to process personal sensitive information under Article 6 – Legitimate Interest.

We use cookies
Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information. Both instructors and members have the option to consent or deny the request for Turn’d Up Fitness to post class imagery taken during classes/events/training/rehearsals on Turn’d Up Fitness corporate social media channels. This must be completed via Photographic Release form (provided to Instructors through Turn’d Up Fitness, provided to class members through Turn’d Up Fitness Instructors)

Third-party disclosure
Google Analytics –we use this to track the traffic of our site and our readers. Google Analytics may capture your IP address, but no other personal information is captured by Google Analytics.

MailChimp- we use Mailchimp only for those who explicitly sign up to our email list; and store email addresses only.

Woocommerce- tracks stats of people that have used the site, most popular products etc.
