Who is this challenge for?

This four week challenge is for anyone wanting to kickstart new, sustainable healthy habits. We’re not promising you quick fixes. We’re helping you lay the groundwork to achieve real, long-lasting results. If you’re brand new to fitness or just workout a bit here and there then this is perfect for you as all of the workouts are designed for anyone, anywhere. If you don’t enjoy typical exercise classes, then the variety of workouts in this challenge will be right up your street – every workout is totally new! This challenge is also for anyone who is looking to build new habits to improve their emotional wellbeing, because as well as the workouts Shekira will be sharing weekly workshops on her top resilience and mental wellbeing strategies. What does the challenge involve?

5 brand new workouts each week

There will be a new workout for you to do each day, 5 days a week. The workouts are a mixture of 20 – 30 minute HIIT workouts and our unique Turn’ Up Fitness dance sessions. Each week the workouts will increase in intensity to get maximised results. They will be posted on every day so you have a structured plan to follow, it couldn’t be easier.

The HIIT workouts are made up of full body functional exercises to strengthen and tone and each workout is totally different to keep it exciting.

The dance fitness sessions are not to be missed, they will leave you feeling powerful and sexy and also increase your strength and stamina. Shekira has picked the very best of the Turn’d Up routines and you’ve got the entire Turn’d Up On Demand back catalogue to choose from if you can’t get enough!

Emotional Wellbeing Strategies

Wellbeing isn’t just about your physical fitness, it’s about your mind too. Shekira will be sharing with you her top tips and strategies to reduce stress and boost resilience.

Nutrition Advice

It can be hard to get to grips with what is best for you when it comes to diet – there is so much information out there to take on board. Shekira will help you take it back to basics with nutrition advice, recommendations and some easy to follow meal ideas. Energising and nutritious recipes to ensure you’re ready to tackle your daily workouts.

Challenge Community

When you’ve signed up you will receive a welcome email with a link to join our private Get Up and Glow Facebook Group where Shekira will be checking in with you each day and sharing extra tips and bonuses. You can also share your updates and as a group keep each other accountable for hitting step count, water intake and show off your food pics of all your delicious meals.
