About

A bit about me: I’ve always been into dance, fitness, music and drama. When I was 18, I took myself to Rubicon Dance school and fell in love – I’d go from class to class. Street dance was my favourite. When I graduated I took part in the school show – I thought I was Janet Jackson in my baggy combats, crop top and gloves!  At 19 years old I joined Swindon Dance school and after that I completed a degree in acting at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama.

I’d developed a huge interest in health and fitness and qualified in 22 different fitness programmes.

When I went on holiday to Mexico the Americans would say they were getting ‘Turn’d Up’ in the clubs – and that’s where I got the name from. Turn’d Up is a mix of dance, fitness and drama – everything I love, and women love it too. It’s about energy, empowerment and community. So many women tell me it’s the highlight of their week. Plus, you burn 700 to 900 calories in a class! Best of all, you don’t have to have any dance experience to get stuck in. Turn’d Up takes you somewhere that no other class can take you.

It’s like a performance; your own show. The lights go off, the disco lights go on and we go for it!

So, whether you want to dance with us or teach others how to do it, come and get Turn’d Up with us. We can’t wait to meet you!
