FAQS

If you still need help, get in touch.

I DON'T HAVE A BACKGROUND OF DANCING / I'VE GOT TWO LEFT FEET / I'M SHY!

A variety of people attend Turn’d Up Fitness classes – all abilities, ages, shapes and sizes. It’s a friendly, inclusive environment. You’ll be surprised at how quickly you pick up the routines. And even if you don’t, the lights are off and the disco lights are on – so no one will notice anyway!

CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?

We require 1 month notice from the date of payment (Example: If you signed up on the 15th of January 2020 and want to cancel, we will need a month’s notice from this date, or it will then be cancelled from the 15th of February 2020).

Turn’d Up On Demand is a non-contract membership, meaning you can stay with us as long or as short as you like, but as stated we do require a month’s notice.

If you have signed up during a trial period, you will need to notify us before the trial ends if you would like to cancel, this must be 24 hours prior to the first payment being taken. (Example: If you sign up on the 1st of February to a 10 Day Free Pass and would like to cancel before a payment is taken, you will need to contact us on the 9th of the month or before to process this cancellation).

To cancel: email ondemand@turndupfitness.com, and please cancel with your bank/PayPal.

DO I NEED TO BE SUPER FIT?

No. Just willing to give it a go and let loose! You can take it at your own pace and adapt the routines for yourself.

IS BEING AN INSTRUCTOR FOR ME?

So, you love Turn’d Up On Demand so much, now you’re ready to become an instructor? We love it!

If you love dance and fitness and have an outgoing personality, yes! You get to do something you love and get paid for it! Turn’d Up instructors all developed a passion for the class and decided to take it one step further. They have chosen their venue and built up their classes from scratch, mainly using social media.

Some instructors teach 40+ women per class and teach three classes a week. So the earning potential is great! They are part of a friendly, supportive group of instructors who learn and grow together. Not to mention the friends they make in class (check out our instructors’ social media and their girl gangs!). Finally there’s the positive changes to body, fitness and health that teaching provides.  See the ‘Testimonials’ page to hear more from our instructors.
If all this sounds good to you, head over to our ‘Instructor Training’ page.
